"Efficient check in, welcoming and extremely helpful front desk staff, very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Housekeeping staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating as were the beach and pool staff and the restaurant service people. The hotel is situated on an absolutely beautiful stretch of white sand beach. Between the many pool areas and the beach, there was never an issue finding a place to sit. Although the resort is located away from more central touristy areas, Grab was a very easy and inexpensive way to travel to those areas and/ or restaurants when we wanted to do so. There is a great supermarket within walking distance (approximately 1 kilometre)."

"Very central location just outside of the old town. Everywhere we needed to go was accessible by walking but if you needed a bike the hotel would provide for free. It was very quiet and the room was clean and comfortable. Very good price for our stay. "

"The Deluxe ocean view suite from the third floor had a large balcony and beautiful view of the ocean. We loved our time here at this resort. Food was good. My kids were excited to have their first burger in Vietnam and although expensive it didn’t disappoint. "
