"Top notch for families with kids. Facilities were amazing. Tons of programs for kids and the activities were well maintained and watched over by staff. The residence rooms are dated with no streaming TVs and pretty much unwatchable. You hear the upstairs neighbors everytime they move a chair. Which is annoying. Easily fixed with some felt on the legs. I may opt for a different room if given the chance but the resort was so beautifully maintained and staff over the top kind. Oh- western...

"We stayed at villa with two bed rooms. There are plenty of space for two adults and two children( 11 years and 13 years). We really enjoyed private pool and also main pool. Hotel staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. There were so many choices and food were very yummy. My husband and I had 60 mins traditional body massage at hotel spa. The therapists were amazing. "
