"Very nice and helpful staff, all of them. Cozy and homey hotel. Great breakfast. And excellent Vifi. The lady in does a great job!!! I think her name was Thu?! Sorry, something like that, she is exellent! I had a bamboo treatment and facial, 5 star for her! You'll fi d everything you need in your room and washroom.just a very small issue: the air-conditioning made a noise all the time (first i thought it was the washroom fan running!). Everything else was good."

"Nice hotel in a beautiful little city. Easy to walk to everything and plenty pf tour options available at the travel desk. Only two minor complaints, a walk in shower would be much nicer than a shower in the bathtub, and in our room at least (161) there was no electrical power point near the kettle. Small items, but noticeable. "

"Our flight was delayed so we didnt get too hotel till 4am. There was no one around the front desk to help us check in. Walked around the entire place for 25 min to find a worker. Called number on google, phone didnt ring, called number on hotels.com, it rang and someone came. Room had moldy musty smell, no A.C. running as you have to use the key card for electricity, stains on sheets, ants, moths, mosquitos, and geckos running around room."
