Among the many, many helpful things she did for us: She arranged for car transfer from the airport to Hoi An, which was very reasonably priced. She went out of her way to help us get the most out of our few days there, recommending various activities, restaurants, even a fantastic cirque du soleil inspired show with music, dance and acrobatics which was great! "The rooms were big and clean. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. Thu gave us plenty info on awesome stuff to do around town, she booked our taxis, tours, etc she was always happy to help and speaks really good English. We are going to miss Hoi An so much!"

"Love, love, love Lasenta, we had a wonderful stay here!! Breakfast buffet is excellent, rooms huge, beautiful and comfortable, pool and view are stunning, staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful and the service is exceptional. Close enough to ancient town to walk comfortably ( though there is a free shuttle provided) but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. Cannot fault this hotel at all, would very highly recommend and will most definitely return some day 💕"
