"Very good location to old quarter. Our bedroom was small, but clean and comfortable. We would stay again. Breakfast was great. The staff was top notch. Smooth and informative check in process, quick guides and recommendations for restaurants around Hanoi. The best was we mentioned we had an early morning departure and they packed a lunch for us to send us off. The staff was all so sweet. Especially My. Would def recommend for people staying in old quarter. "

They offered lots of services as well, but were all priced at double what you could get outside of the hotel. We booked a King bed, but found it was just 2 x double beds put together, so had that ridge in the middle of the bed. Didn’t matter overall, though, as the bed was so huge "
