All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Location was great with a short walk to bars/restaurants, the Cathedral and Alcazar. "

"The stay was amazing starting with the welcome and introduction at the lobby. We were given coffee and water and the lobby smelled amazing as we waited for our room. All of the staff were exceptional and attentive to our needs. The views from the rooftop bar were terrific and the drinks and atmosphere were lively. We stayed here through the Spain national power outage and even that did not dampen our stay as we spent time in the rooftop pool. The rooms are comfortable and elegant, but really the team of people working here made the stay special. "

"We were very pleasantly surprised by the lovely Spanish Colonial interior of the hotel and by the large size of our room. The staff was very accommodating and the rooftop bar, overlooking the Seville Cathedral, is delightful! If you are planning to tour the major sites of Seville, you are literally steps from the Cathedral and Alcazar with many wonderful restaurants within easy walking distance. In fact, we walked everywhere - the riverfront, Plaza de Espana, Metropol Parasol and more. Our legs were tired, but this was a great hotel to return to and refresh"
