"We did not get the room that we requested. But we arrived early. The reception was very nice to let us to check in early. Nice people, great breakfast, beautifully decorated. Since it is inside the ally, taxi was not able to park in front of the hotel. Overall, it was nice stay."

"Very nice room with a good shower and bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Generally quiet, but very loud street noise was heard (bands from Holy Week processions and people shouting). A higher floor should be quieter. Breakfast was generally good with considerable variety. Staff very helpful and considerate. Plaza Encarnation is a happening place with many close places to eat and drink. Google has some minor difficulty accurately locating the front door of the hotel. "
