"I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, with shopping stores and restaurants nearby, and it’s within easy walking distance to popular tourist attractions. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, even helping to prepare takeaway breakfasts for our day tours. The à la carte breakfast was delicious, but I would suggest offering a few ready-to-eat hot dishes to reduce wait times for guests. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"The staff was so nice and it was a beautiful property. I woke up very early with Jetlag and could not find coffee. The front desk clerk walked to the other side of the building and made me coffee, even though complementary coffee was not supposed to be available until later. Excellent location that is in walking distance of almost anything you would want to do in Seville. I highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a very good stay. The hotel parking was a bonus however it was interesting as the parking required that the car had to be driven into a car elevator. Apparently, in the old town part of Seville, the car elevator scenario is common. The front desk staff were very accommodating and very helpful. Our triple room was clean and comfortable."
