"Bruno was super accommodating and so helpful. He was waiting for us upon arrival and helped us carry our big luggage upstairs. Additionally, he helped us set up a taxi for the next morning. "The hotel was beautiful and had a lot of charm. You got the real feel of Italy with the decor. The only bad thing about the hotel were the sheets. They literally felt like sand paper. Other than that everything was excellent and I would stay there again."

"You are right in a very busy area - right beside Bellini Square. It is busy area, but it is close to great restaurants, near great transit stations and spots of interest. Despite the activity, I was not bothered by the activity noise and I enjoyed area. My hotel room was clean and had all facitilties needed. I would strongly recommend."
