"This clean two bedroom with two bathrooms never felt small and we lacked for nothing. Claudia is a generous, caring host who helped us with a personal problem. Only caveat is that there are many stairs leading to the property. Free exercise, but you have to be in somewhat good shape. My niece and I loved this place!"

"Hotel is small but our room was spacious with a huge bed, the bathroom needs upgraded, the veneer wood round the basin was chipped and peeling off, the trim around the shower looked mouldy although it was clean it looked scruffy and unappealing. I found the dark bathroom very depressing but maybe that’s me. The hotel is in a good location with nice restaurants and shops right outside, the metro and funicular are also close by.
