"The hotel is in a renovated building with the area surrounding the hotel looking a little rundown but that's how much of Naples is. Everything in the hotel worked, the hot water was hot, all the plumbing was working, the sheets and towels were clean. The hotel doesn't seem to have staff present at all times, the desk certainly was often unmanned but that's how some hotels operate these days.
