"Great stay for 6 nights! The hotel is really convenient for everything. Staff are friendly, particularly Anthony, who was very helpful, offering lots of travel advice and tips and went out of his way to help us with ferry times to Capri etc. Thank you so much! The only issue we had, was with shower water pressure but the team did everything they could to fix it quickly and efficiently. "Comfortable room, excellent breakfast with Lisa. Lisa went above and beyond when the elevator wasn’t working. She helped carry heavy luggage down 6 flights of stairs! Elevator was the only negative, it was fickle. Sometimes it worked others time not. Must be able to hike stairs on the down time! "

"This property was a pleasant surprise! We did not hear great things about Naples, but we were only there for one night before our flight out. The check-in was easy; the apartment was on the second floor, and the bathroom was beautiful! The location seemed to be on a popular strip; there were lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and soon after we arrived, there was some kind of parade, which was fun to see! Again, we were only here for one night but enjoyed our stay and would certainly book...

"Very difficult to find and quite an unusual set up with rooms in one corridor next to reception which means you can hear everyone coming in & going out- walls are thin. Area surrounding is fairly dirty but close to station, reception staff are friendly & helpful but only around at limited times. Bed is comfortable & shower is good."

"We are a family of 5 we really enjoyed our stay ìn Sorrento Flòwer rooms, Michele was very accomodating and very helpful. They maintained the cleanliness of the place which they have daiĺy cleaning. The place has vèry goo d AC. The area is quiet and nearby shops and restaurants and walkable to train and bus stations. Hope to stay there again. Well recommended place."

"We had a wonderful 2 night stay here. The view was fantastic- we had a corner suite with a view of the sea. The front desk was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and organizing a taxi for our early morning departure. We highly recommend this property!"
