"we live in nj and usually take train into town. hotels near penn station are usually more noisy and the immediate neighborhood is always crowded. motto by hilton in chelsea is in the residential area, quite safe & comfortable to walk around, and yet not too far away from the penn station. the staff is always very friendly 👍 so we usually stay here whenever in town 😊 "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the WCH. Staff were really friendly, location is great, just a 2 min walk to the One World Tower and 9/11 memorial. The hotel is also clean with an efficient check-in and check-out service. Breakfast was also tasty"
