"We had a pleasant stay at this classic motel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although the exterior could use some tidying, the room was clean and attractive and comfortable. On a hot day one might want to call an hour before arrival to see if they can turn the AC & fridge on/up, but both got cold soon enough - and I admire the energy conservation of not running everything while a room is empty.
