The room was clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. When I checked in at midnight from a very long drive, I ran the bell for after hours service on three intervals with no response. I then called the property number. After several rings, the attendant answered and seemed to have been sleeping. I it certainly runs the risk of missing a guest. I looked for parking which was sparse as the staff seem to allow multiple vehicles to park across three parking spaces. They really should warn guests not to do this. I enjoyed a decent sleep and looked forward to grabbing a quick cup of coffee prior to my next long drive. The carafe was completely empty at roughly quarter to 9 AM, by no means late in the day. I notified the attendant hoping they could quickly refill, but his carafe was also empty, and he moved to make more. I couldn't wait the time for it to brew as I had to get on the road. I expect two things from a hotel, which are a clean, comfortable room, and at least hot coffee on the way out. This was the first time I can remember a hotel failing at such a simple detail in decades of frequent travel. I see others have also mentioned this, and it makes me believe the staff just aren't interested in basic customer service if they don't fix the issue after multiple complaints. Your expectations to meet are pretty basic. You did well on the room for the most part, but failed on something so easy such as coffee. It's an odd thing to keep missing.
