"My husband and I stayed here for our first time visit to Tokyo and it was perfect. The airport limousine from Haneda happened to arrive right at the front door of the hotel which was really convenient. The location is super central and easy walking distance to explore the Shinjuku area and also to the train station. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was perfect - spacious, modern and clean, with a super comfortable king bed. We stayed during the weekend and whilst Shinjuku was packed, there was no noise in the room at all at level 35. Couldn’t have asked for anything more - perfect! "

"First things first, the standard room is quite small. It worked ok for me because I did not have a lot of luggage. Now that size of the room is out of the way, lets talk about the experience itself! The location is excellent! This is what you are paying for. Very close to major train lines, great restaurants and walking distance to Tsukiji. More mellow at night compared to shibuya and shinjuku. The staff was helpful, the amenities were adequate. I especially appreciated the amenities shelf in the lobby where I could pick up some random things I needed like hair ties and bath salts haha. "
