"The only unfortunate situation was the dog next door getting out of the house and coming over to greet us as we arrived. Beware of this dog if it is there still, it is not a nice dog and gave us a very bad scare being aggressive. Thankfully we were all able to make it in the house safe! I feel terrible writing this because this house is perfect. but I feel it is important that it could save someone else a very bad situation. Clean and cute! "Spacious rooms, large bedrooms, large restrooms, I left a shirt there and they returned it to me. Probably the best VRBO I've stayed in and I stayed in lots around the country. The bed was very comfortable and a great pillow to sleep on. Took the train to Nashville. It was very convenient, nice and inexpensive. You get a whole lot for your money. I'll be back. "

"The house was perfect for us and in a great location, on a quiet country road, but still within a short distance to state parks and stores. The house was clean and spacious, with a nice yard. The owners were very nice, easy to get in touch with and had quick responses. We had a great time exploring the state parks and visiting family, with a nice place to stay!"

"Property is well maintained and clean. Location is in a quite small neighborhood. The house is on the side of a wooded gorge, that is a big drop. I would use caution with children, if exploring the lower back of property. The house was had everything we needed and enjoyed catching up on our pool table skills. "We loved our stay. Beautiful view and property. Had everything we needed and the owners were helpful and accommodating! We came to the area for Burgess Falls (which was breathtaking… we did the hiking overlook trail and then also kayaked with a guide to the base of the falls) It was a great adventure. The property description lists Burgess as closer than it is… it is a 35-40 minute drive but worth it! "

"Our stay was perfect. It was roomy for 8 of us to sleep and enjoy ourselves. Lots of games to choose from. Loved the decor. Outside was good too we spent the majority of our time in the screened in room. The only downfall was the hot tub did not work however we notified and given the option to stay or not and we made the decision stay so that was on us. I’m so glad we did. "
