"Property is well maintained and clean. Location is in a quite small neighborhood. The house is on the side of a wooded gorge, that is a big drop. I would use caution with children, if exploring the lower back of property. The house was had everything we needed and enjoyed catching up on our pool table skills. "Just book it! Everything was great! Pool heated to great temp, sauna, outdoor kitchen, outdoor furniture and heater for cooler mornings/evenings, BIG jacuzzi. Brian was great and seems to have thought of everything! From outdoor lighting, tissues, bathroom spray, candles, oils, kitchen stuff, sunglasses, sunscreen, extra toilet paper and paper towels, fishing stuff, kayaks, robes, cornhole boards, and more! We came to the area for Burgess Falls (which was breathtaking… we did the hiking overlook trail and then also kayaked with a guide to the base of the falls) It was a great adventure. The property description lists Burgess as closer than it is… it is a 35-40 minute drive but worth it! "
