Upon arrival into our room we smelled a horrible smell it was almost like vomit I called front desk and ask to be switched to a different room they told me they couldn’t do that and gave me Lysol!! The Lysol did nothing for the smell later the next day my daughter laid down for a nap and dropped her bottle behind the bed when I went to pick it up I found that her bottle had landed in a pile of dog/cat poop I immediately went to front desk and they made house keeping come clean it and I ask for a refund the wouldn’t give me a full refund they agreed to 50 percent refund but Expedia ask me to pay a 50 dollar cancellation fee before I get the refund.. I should not have to pay anything after going through this I will be contacting legal if this is not refunded ASAP

The staff was kind and very helpful. And it was priced well. The property was very run down, and somewhat dirty. Not up to the level of other Days Inn where I have stayed.

Everything was ok. Except when we went to the continental breakfast. They had ran out and we had to ask if there was anything left.They filled stuff up. There was people in there that wasnt staying there and they were filling up plates. Room was fine.

It was a decent place but not great with a baby who is crawling. The carpet in the room left grime on the bottom of our feet so we had to wear shoes the entire time in the room. The staff seemed very nice and the rate was cheap but we wouldn't stay there again.
