"Property is well maintained and clean. Location is in a quite small neighborhood. The house is on the side of a wooded gorge, that is a big drop. I would use caution with children, if exploring the lower back of property. The house was had everything we needed and enjoyed catching up on our pool table skills. "The house was perfection! Plenty of room to spread out to have your own space. The game room was a highlight for all ages! We enjoyed all of the games. The hot tub was clean and had a speaker that we used to play our music. We brought firewood and used the fire pit as well. Kitchen had everything that we needed. The view was outstanding. We drove to Burgess Falls State Park-about 20 minutes away. Highly recommend this house. "
