"We had a sea view asked for a room near lift and got 1 .bed wasn't very comfy this time anytime we are in bpool we always try their first to stay "

"The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. This was our 4th stay with them. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast and rollys bar are fantastic the food is good quality and well cooked. The Retreat was fantastic very relaxing. Was a shame that there isnt a haordresser anymore but it didnt spoil our stay. Cant wait to go back in june. "

"The hotel itself was all in all excellent. Friendly staff! Clean and great base for our family trip to Blackpool. However the bed was shocking, it was far to hard and disnt get the greatest nights sleep. "

"Fantastic room 206 fantastic view of the sea fabulous fourposter bed, clean facilities, very good bathroom shame bath jacuusi was not working.... Fab facilities fantastic food and service from. Josh and Nathan so very helpful and courteous they both excelled and went extra mile in understanding helpfulness and I was treated with friendship and respectfully. The laundry, bedding towels, were exceptional and clean and the domestics both knock ask if anything needed fabulous service. Feel josh particularly friendly and a very good chef and cooks delivers fantastic soups steak pies with all vegetables potatoes is also very talented singer, he's, a, happy chappy and will bring u whatever you need. I was totally relaxed and happy with my stay from 10th - 13thjan 2025. "
