The staff are all incredibly welcoming, helpful and cheerful. The hotel itself is warming and cosy and makes a great spot for long days out. The rooms were clean, tidy and presentable. The food was (we had breakfast only), was varied and exactly what you would expect. The hotel needs a little update but only to match the level of staff working the venue, its charming.

First time at this hotel and we would definitely go back, lovely hotel, staff were very helpful and so friendly. The food was excellent with plenty of choice. The hotel is close to shops and local transport connections. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was absolutely roasting. You had to have a dehumidifier which they supplied running all night. Got up in the morning and shower didn’t work. Would advise against staying here

We loved our stay at the Ruskin we're planning to stay again next year. Our room was large, comfortable and clean. Checking to see the daily biscuit selection left for us was a fun and very tasty treat. What made our stay the most memorable was the staff. They are the friendliest, most accomodating folks that made sure everything was top notch and went out of their way to make sure all was as expected.
