"The staff here are amazing and very attentive in particular Bradley from reception, Drew, Megan and Joseph from the bar also The guys on reception at the aparthotel as I was moved there due to Expedia mixing up the booking. The hotel however looked after me so it did not impinge on my stay which was great!"

"The Newcastle staff were so great. Jessica checked us in and took the time to recommend a museum and show us how to get there on the map. Anna very cheerfully stored our bags for us while waiting for the train. Everyone so friendly. Hotel is a big worm but very clean and the spa/pool excellent (we went both in the evening and next morning!). Pleased to find we’d been upgraded and the room was about big enough for a herd of bison. All great value for money and we loved our stay. "

"Just amazing as always. Check in was so simple. The receptionist who checked me in was lovely and even when I requested a few things she done it no bother. Nothing was too much hassle for her. Used the spa the following day and the girls on the desk there were great as well. This is the 3rd time staying here and it has never let us down. We are already looking forward to our 4th stay. "

"Fantastic 3 days spent at the Beaumont. It’s our 4th visit and as ever it’s a great way to re- energise in a relaxing environment with such friendly staff. The Northumberland gastronomy that the menu provides is very clever and an explosion of local flavours is backed up with an array of well selected wines - Albariño albeit Spanish or Portuguese is recommended. Take the time to enjoy this beautiful boutique hotel but don’t ignore the history of the town of Hexham and neighbouring enclaves. A visit to the Abbey crypt is well worth the large stepped decent and a trawl through the local antiques often uncovers a gem or two. There’s no shortage of artisan trades in this thriving town and the Indepent retail owners are testimony to the thriving town. Fantastic 3 days spent at the Beaumont.
