"This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel and I have loved it both times. This time I upgraded to the loft suite and the cost was reasonable especially for how amazing the room was. 2 levels, balcony on each with a view of the ocean, plenty of space, and very clean. The bed was insanely comfortable and housekeeping was wonderful, refreshed the room daily and made sure I was stocked on towels. Plenty of space in their parking garage and I felt safe leaving my car there and walking around the neighborhood. My only concern with the room was the upstairs balcony, it would have been very easy for someone in the room next to me to access my balcony from theirs but I just kept it locked when I wasn’t upstairs. Check in took less than 5 minutes and I was easily able to check out on my phone. Would absolutely stay again probably every time I’m in the area. Whether you’re in a basic or upgraded room it’s perfect. And a 5 minute drive from the beach? Can’t beat it!"

"Very nice property and hotel! Super convenient being so close to Universal Studios! Restaurants are amazing food and all the staff was excellent. Very safe and family friendly! Downsides are that the hotel is literally on the freeway and it is loud all the time, especially at night and the parking charge per night is $50 for self parking in a garage, or $60 for valet. That was an unexpected surprise when checking in. "

"I could not say more good things about our stay at the Lowe's in Hollywood. We had picked the hotel as it was the only one we could find that allowed us to pick the view we wanted, which was what we wanted. We were staying only for a night before traveling home and my daughter had wanted nothing more than to have a room that she could see the Hollywood sign from. We arrived a little early and our room was not ready, but they went ahead and upgraded us to a higher floor with a better view and larger beds, the room was great, I wish we had had spent more time in the room! While we were out walking the area, which is great, close to shopping, dining, sites, everything; the Lowes team left a lovely chocolate cake treat and handwritten card for my daughters birthday, it was completely unexpected, but made her feel so incredibly special. We spent hours in the heated pool at night, it amazingly gets dark enough that you can see the stars. 10/10, loved it and would stay there again and again. Definitely made a customer for life. "
