"Perfectly located close to the centre of town and a short walk from the tram connecting the city to the airport. The hotel has a very nice old world feel, and the staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean, and the breakfast menu covered all tastes. We will definitely have the B B on our list the next time we return to Edinburgh."

"I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff were so incredibly friendly, it was easily accessible from the city centre by the number 7, 14 or 11 buses and it’s quiet. The bed was super comfy and all other amenities were excellent. I was pretty jet lagged so I appreciated coming to this quiet area and resting. Thank you for everything and I will for sure be back!"

"The Guesthouse looked new or it has been recently refurbished. Very powerful shower with a lot of water pressure, which I liked. Comfy bed and good size room and bathroom. The location is convenient and there are lots of bus connection links to the centre, which is not far anyway, someone could also walk if they fancy it! "Hard to communicate with front desk. We have to send a request through email. This hotel is not wheelchair accessible and hallway is dark and hard to find the room. Its like a maze. Its very unique.
