"Visiting with friends from the USA for the festival. Excellent location - very accessible for everything, with shops and cafes close by and a lovely, well appointed property. "All was great. This is a working stable with horses and those many that have to care for horses, plus at least one friendly dog. You felt welcomed and that was appreciated. With a 15 minute drive you are in North Berwick and so close to John Muir park and Seacliff. Seacliff is special. He provided detailed and accurate instructions for our arrival and for gaining access which got our stay off to a great start. To have parking for 2 cars is a huge advantage. "Fantastic property. 16 of us for a family birthday. Lots of different spaces so we werent on top of each other all the time. The teens really enjoyed the games room. It was also great having all of us round the huge dining table. Location is ideal so we walked in to Galashiels and also in to tweedbank , no need to get in the car. "
