"It is a nice, clean hotel. Getting there via the public transit is easy as it is close to the Britomart station. It's close to the city center. There is a lot of restaurants around the hotel. Also, you can find a laundromat a few steps away. The staff was friendly."

Each time a door shut, person walking by, up/down stairs was heard from my room loudly. It woke me up several times. Outside, students returning to the nearby college were an issue around the times the bars closed. Lastly the cleaning crew starts pretty early, so if you're looking for peaceful sleep, this may not be a good property...
