"This place was definitely a splid place to stay while attending Knoxville for a short trip. The location of this place was great being that it was really close to just about anything in town. However, this place is not for light sleepers. The train and highway keep for a pretry loud surroundings whe sleeping at night. I also made nore that the house did have a sightly stale, smoke smell to it. However, the beds and rooms were very clean. There was only a small bit of dust on thw attic door on...

"We had a wonderful visit to Knoxville for the Big Ears music festival. Staying here was the best location. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was designed really well and it was very clean. I would definitely stay again. "

"Property was very clean inside but there were branches on driveway and vines near sitting area that needed cleaned up. Location was excellent and our stay was good. Some noise from upstairs tenants but nothing out of ordinary for a basement perspective. Rental was decorated beautifully and very clean and spacious enough for 6 guests. We would definitely recommend it to anyone! Thank you!"
