"I had an4 hour delayed flight and wasn't getting in until 3am. I called the hotel they told me they would be there to let me in. It took a lot stress off the situation. I would ask they give a few more larger towels but the room was clean, warm and grrat view of downtown "

"We had no heat the first night. It was a little chilly. They moved next day very quickly and we got a slight upgrade. Overall it was was a great weekend. Location was excellent "
