"Our favorite place to stay! There is a skywalk taking you directly to Van Andel! The bistro in the hotel serves Starbucks and great food! Lots of attractions within walking distance! Customer Service is top notch!"

"The rooms were huge, everything you could need in the kitchen. Breakfast had many options and choices, some of which I’ve never seen offered as a free breakfast before. (Overnight oats and chia) The staff was all wonderful and kind. Only things were the floors were so creaky in the hallways and the lobby. But it is original hardwood flooring and is absolutely beautiful. So well worth the squeaks. Parking is 35 dollars a day, but honestly the convenience of the parking garage and location make up for it. We stayed here for a show at Van Andel and the walk was quick and easy. Recommend and will be staying again. "

"Loved the complimentary breakfast! Wished there was a fan of some sort for the room. Our plane got in too late and we didn’t know there was a hot tub until the morning. Love that it had a hot tub even though we didn’t get to experience it. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. "
