Our favorite place to stay! There is a skywalk taking you directly to Van Andel! The bistro in the hotel serves Starbucks and great food! Lots of attractions within walking distance! Customer Service is top notch!

First time in Grand Rapids! We were here for a wedding! It was a nice hotel. The only “issue” that was faced was with the parking garage. The parking garage was confusing on how to attend the basement parking garage since the main garage was full. But once it was figured out it was no issue.

All the front desk concierge are incredibly friendly and welcoming!! We loved everything about our stay here our view was perfect we were very happy with our room and the amenities including pool/ hot tub, bistro/ Starbucks and tennis courts were a perfect additions for us. Parking was easy to find and conveniently located. It was also hands down the best sleep we’ve ever had in a hotel. Overall a wonderful stay we cannot wait to go back!

Great stay the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Grand Rapids. The staff was amazing from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. We stayed here the night of our wedding because we wanted a wonderful experience and that’s exactly what we received. Very professional and friendly. They helped us with all our needs and even went above and beyond. Will definitely come back and we truly appreciate how wonderful the staff was the entire time. The hotel was okay just not what I thought it would be. It's an older building. The room smelled of stale smoke as if it previously was a smoking room. The AC didn't work when we first arrived, eventually maintenance had to trip the breaker and it started working but then was failing in the middle of the night and was very noisy. When you turn the shower head on the shower whistles very loudly. Not really how you want to wake up in the morning. The location was great and parking was easy.

Very nice hotel. Clean, staff helpful and professional. Were staying for an event and ArtPrize happened to be going on which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything is walkable plus the Skywalk made it even easier. Love the Starbucks Bistro downstairs. King suite was very roomy and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
