I appreciated the extra service rendered from the front desk team. My flight was late and arrived after midnight. They called to confirm my arrival, checked me in and all I had to do at 1 am when I got there was to pick up a key and go to bed. I've stayed here multiple times related to flights to/from GRR and it has been seamless every time!
