Didn’t like that there was no signage that this was a best western so it was a little confusing to find when it says Americinn on the sign and nothing else even at the front desk there was no signage to say we were at the right place Also had a weird interaction where we left and got some groceries and when we came back the door to the joining room was open when we were sure of it getting locked, my makeup bag and hair straightener were also missing and a worker randomly came and dropped off my makeup bag but no one was able to locate my hair straighter which were both things that were zipped up in my bag Hotel breakfast was okay nothing crazy special but got the job done Room itself was just a average hotel room the bathroom could use some updating and be cleaned a little better but not terrible

I liked the courtyard feel and loved the view from my room. I would stay there again. I believe that it was just re-opened since I noticed that renovations were taking place.

Vending machines were dilapidated, one completely out of order. Lobby was rundown, barely clean enough. Part of it was under construction. The hallways were also rundown with dirty carpet. The room: Upon entering, the air was musty and dank. Towels were haphazardly sitting on the rack above the toilet, I did not use them. The tub & shower had pock marks with poor lighting I could see runoff from whatever may have been sprayed upon it, I did not use it. The top cover of the bed had hair on it, the next blanket layer underneath had multiple blood stains and the sheets themselves did not feel entirely clean. The only positives: the vanity sink and microwave were clean and the air conditioning worked to perfection. Shangri-La it was not. How Wyndham added this place to their book of properties I will never know.

It smelled like mildew and cleaning products. The shower nodule didn’t work. We had to keep turning it to get warm water. The tv wouldn’t turn on or off unless pressed tons of times.

YUCK. wouldn’t recommend at all. Got to our room and there was literal feces in the bathtub and they sent someone to clean it instead of a new room. The place was old and dirty and owners were not nice. Will never be back.

Hotel has changed ownership. It is not Best Western any more. Now AmericInn. Good breakfast, nice pool, clean, nice rooms, fridge and microwave are great features. TV not very good. Seems like antenna stations. Constantly freezing. They need in-room safes.

The property was clean but I use a cane and they gave us a room at the far end of the hotel. Our rental car was damaged overnight by the car parked along side of us. A hit and run. We asked to see the video of the parking lot and we were told they didn’t have cameras. The breakfast was excellent and the lady preparing the food was lovely and helpful.

I would have given five stars overall just for the housekeeping staff. The rooms were clean and they were very kind and respectful. Even the supervisor of the housekeeping staff was absolutely awesome. The front desk staff is rude. They do not respond to requests and in general they have a very nasty demeanor. I can only say this for two employees at the front desk in particular. If you do not want to be in the hospitality business please leave. Your behavior affects your coworkers and their ability to make more money. It also affects the hotel's bottom line and their ability to make more money. Please switch out your front desk staff. Please.

The cleaner was using a sweeper that put dust everywhere in the hallway. The front desk person could not speak English as to be understood. The tv was on Spanish so we had to move to an English tv room. Why is this going on?

Room was good, however air conditioner was a bit noisy while it ran at night. Outside area in back by courts looks kind of run down. Pool area looked nice, didn’t get a chance to use it. I had to leave earlier enough for a race so didn’t get to try breakfast offered but looked good!
