The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. "Beautiful barn had all we needed for a wonderful, relaxed stay. Only fault was the garden was quite grubby; the table and chairs hadn't been cleaned from the previous people, as there was still an ashtray full of cigarette ends on the table. I had to wipe down the chairs by the hot tub before we could sit down and enjoy our evening. Only a minor fault, but I feel like the outside should be as clean as the inside. Don't let this deter you from staying here; we had a great time and really enjoyed...

"Great house in a perfect location. Spotlessly clean and very homely didn’t feel like a holiday let. Lovely big bed and great shower. Good choice of local restaurants. The stairs could be a problem for some people and towels were very thin. My personal choice but I would really have loved a little welcome pack crisps , wine etc. overall a lovely house in a great location. Arundel is lovely. "
