"Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break."

The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. "Nice, comfortable property . Car parking was very useful. The weather was atrocious so we were grateful of the living and kitchen areas. Some of the curtains, curtain rails, windows latches a little tired. but overall clean. We had to buy wine glasses which we left at the property. There was glasses just not 4 the same. Very quiet and safe area. When arriving please note there are two boack boxes on the wall outside the front door. The key is located in the bottom access code box and...
