"Tommy was fantastic! Very accommodating! We left another hotel due to it being a complete disaster. We arrived from Canada at midnight and Tommy was so patient kind and caring. He was able to help us find a great room. The hotel was central to everything and was a very lucky find. We will stay again."

"Been here many times never had any issues except this time the ac didn’t work and the continental breakfast ran out of all sausage / bacon 1 hr before it closed . Other than that it was ok but make sure you get a room with ac "

"It’s a good place to stay if you’re looking to explore LA and you have a rental car/form of transportation to get around. Perfect place to crash after a long flight too. Really friendly and polite staff. Guest traffic isn’t bad either. Would stay again!"

"Close to Disneyland parks and walk distance to restaurants. Generous room size. Since it’s an old building you can hear people next door talking loud and people walk by on the aisle. The wall mounted hair dryer doesn’t work normally. Breakfast was simple, lack of heated food choice, only hard boil eggs and self making waffle. Parking is limited and needs overnight fee. If you plan to go to Disney only it’s better to take a Uber."

"We have stayed at this location numerous times. Not once have we stayed there when there was a proper amount of towels, wash cloths, and/or hand towels in the room upon arrival. This is my only complaint."
