"This hotel is such luxury. We were a family of four and our room was so large it was amazing. The staff were wonderful and so helpful and we enjoyed our favourite meal of the trip in the sushi restaurant. Most definitely a highlight. Such a wonderful hotel we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. "

"We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Dormy Inn. After a long day of traveling around Mount Fuji, we traveled back to Mishima to stay one night before moving onto Tokyo. We were thrilled at the size of the rooms (definitely the largest room we stayed in during our time in Japan!). The public bath / spa was also gorgeous and very clean. If we ever find ourselves back in this area, we will definitely be staying here again! "

"Such a special hotel, really feels unique and traditional with exceptional service from staff. A great base to explore the area and their Kikkaso restaurant was such a highlight - one of the best meals we had on our trip. Would 100% stay there again"

"The hotel’s highlight is its onsen, especially the one on the 5th floor! The overall service is good, there is live music, free snacks and ice cream in the lobby area. The ground floor bar is nice too. Given the remoteness of the area, an on site gym would have been good. The buffet dinner wasn’t too bad but it felt like quantity over quality. "

"Location was excellent Staff were excellent Hotel Food was very good.Shuttle bus made it easy to get to the hotel from the railway station. Unfortunately the room provided (421) was lacking any view other than the local gas station. (Neither lake or garden view)"
