"Staff were responsive and helpful. The guest house is cozy, charming, and secure. It is in a quieter area of the French Quarter with quick access to everything nearby. Keep in mind the age of the building and the small size of the rooms, but don't let that scare you away if you're looking for an immersive experience. Don't bother renting a car, just uber to and from the airport. You wont need it. You may want to stop at a grocery store for a few items to stock your mini fridge as the nearby...

"The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful from parking assistance to giving information about getting around the city during our stay. I forgot my card with my code to get in after hours and the front desk clerk answered the phone promptly and helped us get inside the hotel right away. The only drawback is the hotel is in dire need of repairs and the room was pretty stuffy but not unbearable since they provided a box fan to circulate the air. "

"Two night stay to experience New Orleans. B&W was only a few short blocks from Frenchman St., the river walk, market, Jackson square and fairly easy walk to Bourbon street.
