"The property is very spacious and well maintained. We rented the main level, which has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was great. The kitchen is huge. The views from the deck are really nice too. For part of the stay we rented a small upstairs apartment for our friends. It was so nice. The owner is very pleasant too. Overall it was an excellent stay and we would definitely stay there again."

"What a great place to stay. Be ready to put your driving gloves on though. Birmingham is known to have some crazy, looping roads and the roads to this property are no exception. I love that there is more than one entrance into the unit, that each person has a parking space, and that there are not a large number of units. The place was spotless, there were way more amenities that you would normally expect, and I have to say that the towels felt and smelled amazing. I highly recommend this...

"In town for a wedding we stayed in this 1 BR unit at a brand new apartment complex. Facilities were great and near everything we needed to access. Layout is great too as I’m an early riser and the bathroom has two access doors so as not to disturb others. Balcony is another plus. Ryan was always a text away to answer any questions. Don’t foresee being in Birmingham again anytime soon but if we were this would definitely be where we’d stay."
