"We enjoyed this stay. It's tucked away in a relatively quiet neighborhood, which means you have a 20-30 minute drive to Birmingham proper. There are a few odds/ends about the place that definitely need attention: the master bathroom shower is not sloped properly, so water pools in the corner away from the drain after every use, which isn't super sanitary. They've replaced some of the floors on top of other floors, so you're liable to stub your toe here or there. I'm being a bit nitpicky, but...

Lots of charm and very clean. Great backyard and front porch area. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in Birmingham."

"The only issue was a glitch at checking-in, which was quickly remedied with a quick call. The facilities were comfortable and much better than I have had at other places. What a relief to have such a place to stay after a long trip! Next time, I will plan to have a longer stay so to explore more of the surrounding local area. "
