"My kids and I had a great stay here! The old arcade games was a great touch and they played it a lot! Everything was clean and neat, and we were provided with most essentials (including coffee 🙂) The area surrounding the condo is quiet for the most part and has a great view of the cityscape. Would definitely stay again!"

"The property is exactly as advertised. Easy check-in process, super comfortable apartment and beds, and really quiet neighborhood. The apartment is really clean and there are some convenient features such as the washer/dryer. I don't think I heard another person in the complex the entire three nights we stayed there. Unbelievably quiet! Parking is easy and with a car you are downtown in about 3 minutes. We didn't spend too much time in Birmingham, but it seems like a super cool city. ...

"The only issue was a glitch at checking-in, which was quickly remedied with a quick call. The facilities were comfortable and much better than I have had at other places. What a relief to have such a place to stay after a long trip! Next time, I will plan to have a longer stay so to explore more of the surrounding local area. "

Location was great as it looked over a golf course. It was a safe area on a dead end street so no traffic other than the ones living there. Only one hiccup wherein the temperatures got down into the teens one week and the heat semi went out. Host was quickly repairing it and even brought a space heater for added warmth. "Great little, quite space, for 2. We were very thankful for everything provided. Coffee, Coffee Maker, body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Great lighting on the parking lot. My only suggestion would be a little better parking lot and walkway to the rooms. If you are coming to stay a few days… rough getting to rooms with a lot of luggage"
