"It was my third stay. I’ve been staying here every summer since 2022. I’ve made great connections with the your amazing staff like Loretta, Eric, Carmine, Heaven, Bri and Nicole. They do a great job and make guest feel welcomed. As I said last year, I found a hotel I can call home because I always feel welcomed everytime. Only down fall I wasn’t able to connect to WI-FI with my laptop because I was told it was down. Other than that another great stay. Thank ya’ll"

I spent quite a bit of time in the lobby waiting on family. I observed his interactions with easy and difficult customers. He was patient with everyone. "
