"The reception area and areas in the hotel were amazing. The rooms some of the lamps didn’t work and under the bed wasn’t as clean as should be but still a very nice stay. Breakfast seemed warm but not hot "

"We loved staying at this hotel......as soon as we walked in it smelt clean and fresh. Its location is great.....literally 2 mins from the shops and local restaurants. We walked around till about 9pm and felt extremely safe especially with having our children with us. The light show at the Minster is a must......WOW....it was amazing!
