"Customer service was AMAZING!!! The best I have received in a long time. I usually take my bags to the room but the bell hops were all amazing making sure I had assistance getting bags to my room. Front desk, Rose was a sweetheart made sure I had extra towel and wash clothes brought to my room and she was just overall pleasant to speak with!
