"We traveled last minute and Jennie helped us to book a cruise to Halong Bay with less than 24 hours even before we arrived st the hotel. Jimmi was extremely helpful with all the excursions and very very kind. Very clean rooms and comfy bed. Perfect location, quiet street 5 mins away from the center. Wish we could have stayed more with them! Thanks Jimmi we had an Amazon experience!! "

"This was a great location- such a vibrant part of the Old Quarter and everything at your doorstep. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool and rooftop bar have an amazing view. My kids were delighted with the breakfast buffet- lots of variety of both American and Asian cuisine and they custom make your eggs to order if you wish. I had a hard time choosing a hotel based on so many options but was so glad we decided on this one. Highly recommend! "

"Beautiful property with many dining options and a beautiful roof-top bar. It is a little far from Hanoi Old Quarter, so grab is the way to go. Prices are pretty expensive compare to local prices, so be prepared to pay U.S. prices, but otherwise, amazing hotel."
