"The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Provided what we needed at request. We wish was that in them knowing we had a vehicle, that they were able to direct us to a nearby parking lot with affordable pricing. The signs are confusing at times. We ended up paying ¥3400 the first night for overnight parking and ¥6100 the second night in the nearby lots. Other than that, the room was clean except a little black mold near the AC unit. Deep. cleaning could be better. Happy with our 2 night stay...

"What's really nice about this property is that it is really close to Hase station, Hasadera Temple, and the Kamakura Daibutsu. It's restaurant connected to it is one of the few restaurants in the area that stays open later, so it's great for fliers coming in later than the usual dinnertime.
