"A great location right on the lake in Hakone. Although it looked to be fully booked we did not see other guests and it was lovely and peaceful. We stayed for 3 nights and were fortunate to see Mt Fuji for two days of our stay. The onsen in the room was amazing, we used it twice a day or more, so relaxing. "We had a very brief stay and it was clean, comfortable and as described on the website. Very happy. About 8-10 min walk from train station, beautiful walk over the footbridge. Only issue is lack of restaurants after 19:00 and we never received our code to check in to the room-luckily staff was onsite to quickly assist!"

"I stayed in this very nice apartment. Everything is very new and very nice. It is small, but it was fine for me by myself. Be aware there is no parking on the premises and I ended up parking my car twenty minutes away by foot (it was hard to find any paid parking). There are also no shops close by (convenience store, super market, restaurants, etc.), so you will need to walk for everything. Owner was very helpful when I had questions and when I needed to extend my stay by a night."

"The apartment was great and I couldn’t ask for anything else . But the neighbors however are senior citizens and they act very immature . I had a few situations with an old lady that throw all my trash all over the front of the complex and knocked on our doors and windows and would pick fights with me and I wouldn’t understand her because I don’t speak Japanese. The hotel as a whole was great but the neighbors are terrible ****2 out of 5 stars ****"
