The communications were thorough and we felt right at home the moment we walked through the door.If I were to give suggestions, I’d recommend having lights in the back parking lot. It was so dark and we had to use a flashlight to get in. Otherwise, we’ll definitely be back!Thanks for a great long weekend!"

"We just returned from a lovely stay at this cozy beach cottage in Hampton Beach, and I must say—it was a wonderful home base for our family trip. I traveled with my husband, son, and mother-in-law, and the space was just right for our group. Though compact, it was easy to move around in, and we never felt cramped.The cottage was immaculate when we arrived—so clean it felt like we were the first guests to stay there! The updated flooring added a sleek, modern touch, and the location truly can’t be beat. We were just a short walk from the coastline, and the entire area was highly walkable. As a bonus, there’s a great little bar and pizzeria right at the end of the street—perfect for an easy bite or nightcap.The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and provided detailed instructions for everything from linens and dishes to trash disposal, which made our stay seamless.The only minor hiccup was the pull-out sofa. We couldn’t quite figure out how to open it, but my son was still comfortable on the other couch, so it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us at all.Overall, a great stay in a charming beachside spot—we’d absolutely come back again!The beach house was immaculate upon arrival.
