"This house was perfect for our stay. The location was amazing! The only real issue was that the trash bin was overfull leaving us with nowhere to put our trash so we had to take it to the transfer station, otherwise it was a very comfortable house."

"Anne was one of the best hosts I've stayed with at a VRBO property. She thought of every last detail and was extremely attentive and had a bottle of wine and chocolate treats for us when we arrived, along with a stocked kitchen of everything you need. And if you forgot something she had that too! It was very clean too. It was so close to the beach and the wildlife refuge - Plum island is such a special spot. We will be back again. We stayed for 3 nights with my elderly parents who had a wonderful time too. We ran out of propane for the firepit and she brought it over right away on our last day, just great hospitality. And that is coming from somebody who works in the hospitality field. Thank you Anne for making our trip so memorable and special. We will definitely be back. "

"Because of this private location when you look out your window all you see are trees and bushes. However it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach."

"We were looking for a place with 4 rooms that weren't super crowded and had enough places to park and we came across this listing. It's a bit "Harry Potter" like, in a sense that it has corridors and rooms that connect up and down from different directions and It's very cool. I love that the living room area has a high ceiling and is open to the 2nd floor so you don't feel crowded at all even if everyone is in the same living room. Before getting there, google map said it would be a 15 minute walk from the cottage to the beach; however, we found that there is a path from the backyard that takes about 5 minutes to get to the beach. Not recommended at night as the tide comes in and the ground is a bit wet but during the day, it's fine. It has a lot of big windows and doors that you can open so the air circulates well and isnt generally too hot even on a hot day but the rooms can get stuffy especially the two that don't have the AC installed. The cottage was well maintained and had all the amenities mentionned on the page, except the baby high chair that we couldn't locate but it wasnt the end of the world. The wifi provided was good, not spotty at all, and the water pressure from the shower was good as well. Overall, we had a really great time here and we were very happy to discover this new place. The beach is very nice too. It's not overcrowded with tourists like hampton beach so it was very relaxing. The sand is a bit gritty but nothing to fret about. "

"We enjoyed a lovely little Anniversary getaway. The accommodations and lounging poolside simply cannot be beat- everything was so beautiful and peaceful! We also got to meet the sweetest Kipling as we were departing for home, another delightful surprise. We so thoroughly enjoyed our time there- our only complaint is we had to leave! :) "
