Gary is a fabulous host! He ensured that all of our needs were met. Just love the outside coffee service and “green beach” area to sit and mingle with other guests. Our second time staying here and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I appreciated the price and the location however the door was cracked, blinds broken, bathroom very dated and kind of junky. At least the bed was clean and comfortable.

It was in a great location and the proprietor was quite engaging and wonderful. Would have loved to have an option to make coffee in the room, but as a budget room it wasn't too bad... although not sure why the bottom sheet didn't stay put -- maybe too big for the bed? Would also have loved to have a chair in the room... even a simple straight back version for a spot to sit other than the bed. But the price was right, beach access easy and wonderful -- so can't ask for too much more in Hampton!

Very old door, plywood covering opening where window used to be.. Difficult to lock, very old lock on door. Needed staff to help with lock.. No back up safety chain on door which opens to outside yard..staff was helpful and pleasant. In the process of updating and remodeling very old building. Price was low compared to other motels in area.

Room was really small for $130 a night. The door had to be slammed shut to lock it. The curtains were paper thin and see through and the curtain rod was barely hanging on. The toilet clogged and instead of someone coming to check it out, they gave me a plunger in a trash bag that was left outside the lobby door for the entire place to use. The TV only had 1 channel available. They didn’t come to clean the room and had to track down the guy in the lobby for more toilet paper and clean towels. To say the least I will not be coming back here. The best thing about it was that it was close to the beach.
