"1st impression - shocking. Completely empty place. Started trip ticked off, shocked, annoyed. Property mgr Kim, thankfully called me back right away and i asked her to come over, which she did. Apparently we were in the wrong unit. I should never have been able to get into it. Kim said its the same access code on all the properties and i told her i was uncomfortable with that.
