"It was a tiny home literally wedged between buildings. 4 adults stayed upstairs and 3 adults downstairs. Close location with Shirokane takanawa station, and 24 hour food marts and a star bucks. Beds were really hard had to get used to the first few nights. For the price it was an excellent stay."

"It has everything we needed: 1) 5 beds for 5 of us. 2) Working appliances / facilities (washer, air conditioner, sink, shower, bath, lights, fridge). 3) Large "under the bed" area to store suitcases. 4) Enough electrical outlet to charge our devices. 5) Clean and new. 6) Self checking, checkout, and elevator in building. 7) Area is not far from train stations, but it's also quiet and not noisy. I did not communicate with building manager / host -- but there was also no need to."

"Fantastic location in Shibuya, conveniently close to the bustling city center yet just a few metro stops away. We adored its tranquil ambiance, coupled with ample opportunities for dining and entertainment."

"It is very small, but worked out well. The pull-out sofa is quite comfortable, and the kitchen was very nice to have. The washing machine and dehumidifier also helped our stay immensely."

"My family of 4 stayed 3 nights. Everything was excellent. The location was perfect. Plenty of amenities. Loved the shower and heated floors/toilets. The only reason check in wasn't ranked #5 was the need to use an app to open the front door initially. If my phone had better data service or I had the wifi password for the house beforehand I imagine there wouldn't have been a delay in getting inside the house. We would definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend it for families."

"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. "The check in process was easy because the property manager emailed me guides days before my trip to Japan. The room was as described and perfect for one or two people. I love the modern style and the shower room was high and spacious. There are controls for vent, drying, heating in there too. The location was super convenient for traveling around Tokyo and all the hot spots. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe to walk by yourself at night. "Well situated in a quiet suburb of greater Tokyo. Many small businesses and convenience stores in the local area. Would stay here again, but be aware that the coin dryer is not as efficient as those in North America and can take several hours to dry clothes. It's best to hang dry in sunny weather."

"The service was amazing, the room beautiful, with modern fixtures and nice furniture, the morning breakfast bar great, and a great view of the SkyTree. This was like an oasis after staying in some accommodations that were not nearly this good. I already said this but the front end staff were absolutely wonderful. We felt so welcome and cared for when we arrived."

"Very large hotel about 6 minutes walk to the closest subway. The rooms are pretty small as is usually the case with Japanese hotels; maybe an upgrade would help. There wasn't much in the way of a wardrobe to unpack but luckily here there was space under the bed for suitcases which wasn't the case anywhere else we stayed. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly. It's not very central to most of the tourist things but easy to jump on the metro from the nearest station and get around."
